Hoop Courses
Hoop courses have an additional .5 level in each level from level 1 to level 3 (i.e. level 1.5). The .5 level will focus on two things - conditioning exercises and choreography. Instructors at this level will create conditioning exercises specific to what the students need to advance to the next level with ease.
Additional Info
A short choreography will also be offered as part of the challenge to improve the students' tricks and transitions, focusing on flow and grace of movement. There will also be an assessment at all .5 levels to make sure the students are safe to advance to the next level.
