Open class (Drop-in allowed)
Registration for class 3 hours beforehand required. No unpaid walk-ins allowed.
60 minutes per session. Maximum of 5 students per session.
Backbending can seem daunting and undoable at first, but with proper guidance and patience you will eventually check off this milestone! The aim of this program is to get beginner students to understand how to be able to bend their backs using a balance of strength and stretch in their front torso and entire back. Students who already have a backbend but are looking to deepen their back flexibility are also welcome to join. The possibilities are endless!
