Aerial Fit

Open class (Drop-in allowed)

Registration for class 3 hours beforehand required. No unpaid walk-ins allowed.

60 minutes per session. Maximum of 8 students per session.

Using the aerial apparatus (Lyra, Silks and Trapeze) to strengthen the body, students gain a heightened sense of awareness of different muscle parts. This class helps to prevent muscles from overworking from routine and aerial exercises. Great for anyone looking to build the fitness they need to succeed in the art they love or as a general fitness workout regime.
