Registration for class 3 hours beforehand required. No unpaid walk-ins allowed.
60 minutes per session. Maximum of 8 students per session.

A 45 minutes non-stop movement class, using the yoga hammock. From push-ups to planks to leg lifts, you will be guaranteed to leave the class feeling pumped up and toned! This class is designed to build lean muscles, improve core stability, and overall fitness form. A great way to start the day!
