Open class (Drop in allowed)
Not for absolute beginners. Intermediate to advance level. Pre-requisites include:
1. Have been attending Aerial Yoga classes elsewhere regularly for at least 3 months
2. Comfortable with suspended inversions
3. Able to hold poses for a longer period of time
At Aerial Fitness Studio, our Aerial Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and a combination of both. Our instructors know what you need and what to do to get you there. This class guarantees a unique full-body workout that targets your core muscles giving you the tone and strength you are looking for. Great for those who suffer from spine or joint pain as it relieves unnecessary pressure allowing you to focus on your fitness.
A series of exercise and stretch poses executed in the hammock, conducted in a safe and nurturing environment. Students are encouraged to attend regularly for visible improvement.
