Registration for class 3 hours beforehand required. No unpaid walk-ins allowed.
60 minutes per session. Maximum of 8 students per session.

Kickstart your fitness journey with Aerial Yoga Basics. Gentle enough for complete beginners, repetition of movements ensure you see improvement over time in your poise and balance.
Advancement from Aerial Yoga Basic to Aerial Yoga will be advised by the instructor.
