Open class (Drop-in allowed)
Registration for class 3 hours beforehand required. No unpaid walk-ins allowed.
60 minutes per session. Maximum of 8 students per session.
Have you always wanted to stand on your hands? This class will ease you through a gradual progression towards a handstand, starting from a headstand and tripod stand. Students will learn proper warm-up techniques as well as supervised practice time for understanding muscular isolation and correct individual posture. Balance and strength will be gained through the fun practice of inversions.
