Open class (Drop-in allowed)
Registration for class 3 hours beforehand required. No unpaid walk-ins allowed.
60 minutes per session. Maximum of 8 students per session.
Using techniques of muscular contraction and deep relaxation, this class focuses on loosening tight and overworked muscles. Tools such as yoga blocks, straps and lacrosse balls may be used to deepen your stretch in a safe and effective manner. For those looking to touch their toes to those wanting a 180° splits, this class is good for everybody.
