From level 1 onwards, students will start to specialize in one aerial apparatus. Students can pursue their aerial interest and bring their love for aerial to the next level. Each level class will open up the many possibilities of tricks and transitions in the chosen apparatus from intermediate to advance.
In level 1, 2, 3 and 4, the syllabuses are progression-based where students will focus on understanding and developing the techniques for the tricks taught.
Hoop courses have an additional .5 level in each level from level 1 to level 3 (i.e. level 1.5). The .5 level will focus on two things - conditioning exercises and choreography. Instructors at this level will create conditioning exercises specific to what the students need to advance to the next level with ease.
A short choreography will also be offered as part of the challenge to improve the students' tricks and transitions, focusing on flow and grace of movement. There will also be an assessment at all .5 levels to make sure the students are safe to advance to the next level.
